I live in Spain and went to Mango (a clothes shop) recently with my baby in a pushchair. Having spotted something in the window I asked where I could find it in the shop, only to be told that it was upstairs which was inaccessible for me with the pushchair.
When she realised my dilemma, she sent someone to get the right size for me, which was really nice.
I am sometimes surprised that people are not more helpful to be honest, it is no easy task with kids in tow to do your shopping!
